the location was quite convenient near san marco square. the staff was consistently helpful . my room included toiletries upon arrival such as a toothbrush and shaving kit.
my room was small and difficult to move around with luggage. the stairs were narrow and felt a little slippery at times. i found the floor in the room to be sticky.

I found the staff helpful with directions. the room included small treats and quality toiletries upon my arrival, a lovely touch. the location allowed easy access to major landmarks. i really appreciated the complimentary water bottles. They were very useful during my sightseeing.
the stairs to the upper floors could present a challenge with heavy luggage. it was a minor inconvenience, though.

an acceptable stay
central location warm temperature excellent concierge small room high humidity no elevator
the hotel location was central i found it so close to st mark's basilica i easily walked there i also appreciated the warm temperature indoors it felt very agreeable during the winter. breakfast included a satisfying meal with fruits bread cheese and prosciutto i enjoyed the variety of options to start my day. vito was an really good concierge he recommended excellent restaurants and kindly made reservations for me
my room was rather small i noticed high humidity and the ac did not quite suffice. mosquitoes were present when i tried to open the windows ventilation seemed inadequate. there was no elevator i found it a bit expensive considering the facilities offered

the location was superb. it was near st mark's square, very convenient for sightseeing. the staff were helpful and offered useful information about the area.
The room i stayed in was quite small. It did disrupt my sleep a bit. the decor felt a little dated.
